For parents with students in grades K-6. Students were sent home with a registration form for Mini Mustang Cheer Camp. If your student is interested in attending, please fill out the registration form and return it to the office (Sawyer) with the registration fee of $30.
Also, ALL students who are on a bus route with Sawyer Public School MUST have a winter coat with them before getting on the bus. The temperatures/windchills are going to be very cold in the upcoming days and coats are not an option on the buses. Also, if students would like to have a blanket (in addition) on the bus they may bring them and keep them on the bus for after school.

Parents! Last week an alert was sent to notify you that the fundraiser items could be picked up today after school until 6. The delivery will not be today. Delivery will be next Monday. Monday, December 18 from 3:20 to 6:00. So sorry for the inconvenience.
Good afternoon parents! We have some good news for you!!! The items that were ordered on our last fundraiser will be delivered to the school on Monday, December 11! If your student sold items, they must be picked up at the school on Monday, December 11th by 6:00.pm. If you are questioning if you have orders to pick up, please give us a call at the school. Our Science and Math teachers just received a delivery of wonderful gifts from local donors. The web site DonorsChoose.org was used to ask and receive these. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to those kind souls who sent these needed supplies. Our kids will enjoy these new additions to our school.

Good afternoon parents! We would like to remind you that all students in PK thru grade 5 are required to have their winter gear at school, that would include, coat, snow pants, boots, hat and gloves. The ND air is crisp and with any amount of wind it is very cold. Students in grades 7 - 12 who are on a bus route MUST have a coat with them. Should one of our busses stall, they get cold very fast. Please have your students prepared for the cold weather months. If you are in need of an item please contact the school. Thank you for your help, have a great night.
Today we pass on some gifts provided to our school by a wonderful business based in Minot. Monty's BBQ gave food for 20 families for Thanksgiving. We really appreciate it and are grateful to Monty.
Happy Friday Flashes! Next Thursday is already Thanksgiving! With this in mind, there will be no school for us next Thursday or Friday.
