Hello Flashes Family. There will be no physical school in the Sawyer tomorrow. Due to the impending storm in the forecast, school will be held virtually for the safety of your children, as well as for the staff. Your student will be able to log into their chrome books and do their assignments and still enjoy pajama day in the comfort of their own home. Stay safe and stay warm and stay home!!

When you get this message, it might be a good time to put the Avon Envelope in your backpack! Thank you to all of you who sold Avon. The proceeds will go for costumes and props for our Dec. 10th Beauty and the Beast Production!!

Booster Club meeting in the school library tonight at 7, all are welcome! The Haunted House starts this weekend, actors are still needed! School pictures are tomorrow! CHROME BOOKS....please remind your students to charge Chrome Books each night. We have a limited number of chargers. If chargers are misplaced, students will be charged $25 per charger. Good afternoon Flashes! We are sending out one more reminder to make sure your student is dressed properly for bus rides and recess. Today is nice, but we want to make sure they stay warm on the playground. Hats, gloves and warm coats are a must now that it is October! Thank you!

Good afternoon parents! With the change of the weather upon us, the upcoming mornings are going to be very cool. Shorts are no longer permitted as daily attire. Please make sure your kiddos have the appropriate cool weather gear. Jackets, hat and mittens if needed.

Good afternoon! Students in grades 5 thru 12 have been issued a chrome book and charger. Please have your students charge their chrome books at home or bring the chargers with them daily. Many students are needing to charge during the day. At this point, we have no extra chargers to borrow out. Thank you, have wonderful evening
Happy Friday everyone! We would like to remind all of you that Friday, October 7 is an early out day. School will dismiss at 12:15 , busses will run. CLC will not be available. Also, don't forget that FDHU will be here on October 18 to administer flu shots, please send consent forms back if you would like your student to receive the vaccine. Have a GREAT weekend!
