Good afternoon Flashes families! There is a Booster Club meeting tonight in the school library at 7:00. We hope to see you there! The school will be hosting a music festival this Wednesday. The Student Council will be doing concessions. If you are donating baked goods, please have them to the school on Tuesday.

Student Council is holding a Bake Sale during the Music Fest on March 9th. If anyone would like to contribute some baked items that would be most appreciated. We would need the items to be at the school on the morning of March 8th. Thank you in advance!

This is a quick reminder that Sawyer School will be having an early out this Friday. Our teachers will be in an inservice, students will dismiss at 12:30. There will be NO CLC on Friday. Have a great evening everyone!

Hello Flashes! This is a reminder that there will be parent teacher conferences tomorrow (thursday) from 3:30 to 7:00. Parents please come to your students classroom and visit with their teacher/s to see your students progress or see where your student may need help! We are excited to see you all.

Hi Flashes! We would like you to know that there will be a Booster meeting on Monday, February 7th at 7pm in the school library. HS (Grades 9-12) Prom will be one of our topics of discussion. Please come join the group! We hope to see you there. Have a great weekend everyone!

Due to the no travel advisory in the region, Sawyer will start two hours late. Buses will run, but will be two hours later than normal. No breakfast will be served.

Tomorrow marks our 100th day of school. To commemorate this occasion, students may either dress up like a 100 year old person, or they may wear clothing with 100 items. We can't wait to see the creative ways our students will celebrate 100 days of school!

There will be school on March 17th to make up for the day that we missed due to the recent storms. Thank you.

Due to icy roads, Sawyer will be starting two hours late.

Due to the wind and blowing snow, school will be released at 1:00 p.m. Buses will run tomorrow where possible. The board meeting scheduled tonight has been postponed. We will let you know when the meeting will be as soon as possible. Thank you.

Due to the weather, we have made the decision to cancel the play Frozen for Friday night. We have recorded the performance after securing permission from the publisher. We will try to make that available as soon as possible to help those who missed the performance be able to see it.

Due to the upcoming storm tonight and tomorrow, coupled with the fact that we have a half day tomorrow, we have made the decision that there will be no school tomorrow, January 14th. Students should complete any work their teachers have assigned and/or work on their online classes. Thank you.

Good morning! Here is a little reminder that the elementary play Frozen Jr will be presented to the public this Thursday and Friday at 7:00 pm. The Student Council will be having a bake sale at the Thursday presentation. School will dismiss at 12:30 on FRIDAY, NO CLC. NO SCHOOL MONDAY, JAN 17.
